Before been a composer I worked performing professionally piano
since 1975 (private and school performances since 7 years old), when I did his

At this time he was capable to play Mendelsohn G minor, BEETHOVEN Bb Major piano concertos, read piano reduction of violin concertos and violin and piano pieces (Tchaikowky,Brahms,Beethoven,Manuel de Falla, etc - as well solo piano pieces like Chopin Ballade Op.23 No.1 (G minor). BIOGRAPHY

Guilherme Schroeter was born in Rio de Janeiro, January, 16, 1960.

He is from From tradicional family of musicians.
He began playing Schumman lieders with his aunt, soprano with 9 years old.
He make his first recital in 1975, with 15. First national award with 16.
He performed Cesar Frank Sonata with his brother with 19, Chopin Concerto
(Op.11) with Orchestra with 25. He work s with music for 30 years.

He began write music seriously with 16 (since 9 did small pieces,
like the "trio" on the photo with sister Evelyn and Violinist Harry)
and with Computer starting in 1995.


He is graduate degree in Music (1988), a lot of Piano competitions
One travel to Seatlle (USA), making concerts, and 3 Germany Master
Classes in 1992/3 (Jorg Demus Peter Rosel and Sebastian Benda)


Harry Schroeter his father, conductor and founder

-Compositon award in em São Paulo, 1984 (with 24 years old)
-Winner orchestra soloist competition - OSPA/Porto Alegre-1985 (with
25 years old)
-Between best 7 Pianists on Internacional Piano Competition in Montevidéo(ROU)- Half finals - 1985
-3o. Prize in Chopin national competition in Curitiba-1986

In the years of 1993/94 was travel to Germany ("Master Class" with Ceslaw
Kacinsky, Jörg Demus and Peter Rösel.)
In 2000/1 I travelled to USA,performing in recitals
